The Role

The Recruitment Associate provides support to the recruitment process by assisting with selection, shortlisting and on boarding activities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Screen and contact applicants for assessments and/or interview and conduct assessments for prospective employees as required
  • Assist applicants with the completion of recruitment documents
  • Schedule interview for candidates in accordance with specific and applicable recruitment process
  • Assist with the scheduling candidate pre-employment checks
  • Provide candidates with accurate and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Follow up on and collect all required HR documents for hires
  • Organize and schedule hires for training and orientation
  • Report issues that may result in candidate loss
  • Assist with on boarding activities as required
  • Share feedback from prospective employees with hiring managers and recruitment supervisors to ensure they are integrated successfully
  • Use recruitment resources daily to source applicants
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews for internal vacancies
  • Send and address correspondence daily
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback for the updating of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Attend and participate in recruitment drives, career fairs and any other sourcing initiatives

A Little Bit About You

  • Excellent Organizational and communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office Suite environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with various departments, foster teamwork and maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources activities
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects skills in record keeping

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least two years experience in a Human Resources or Administrative environment.
