Projects & Maintenance Supervisor

The Project and Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role within our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a diverse range of projects and for maintaining the optimal condition and functionality of our facilities.

Purpose: The Project and Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role within our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a diverse range of projects and for maintaining the optimal condition and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be highly proficient in project management, and have a keen eye for detail that ensures all projects are carried out to the highest standards. 

Accountabilities: 

• Supervising and coordinating project activities from inception to completion. This includes ensuring that all projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and within the allocated budget.
• Overseeing the regular maintenance and inspections of facilities to ensure that they not only meet but exceed safety regulations and efficiency standards.
• Managing maintenance teams and subcontractors effectively. This involves providing necessary guidance, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues promptly as they arise to prevent any hindrance to the progress of the project.
• Regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of the maintenance team to ensure optimal productivity and continuous improvement.
• Actively participating in project planning and scheduling activities, and making necessary adjustments to project plans as necessary.
