We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Product Specialist – Industrial Equipment to join our dynamic Sales Team. Responsibilities include performing product demonstrations to staff and end-user training to customers, product research and offering appropriate recommendations to customers.

To be successful as a Product Specialist – Industrial Equipment you must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding your product knowledge.

Products Range

• Industrial Air Compressors: Oil Flooded Rotary Screw Units, Oil Free Rotary Screw Units, Reciprocating Piston Units, Air Quality Treatment Equipment
• Lubricant Distribution systems – Metered systems for movement of oils and other mechanical process fluids
• Process Pumps (Piston & Diaphragm): Pumps used in a Manufacturing Operation. For the transfer of fluids such as solvents, alkalis, acids, petroleum-based fluids etc.
• Sanitary Pumps (Piston & Diaphragm): Pumps used in Food Process or Pharmaceutical Production Operation. For the transfer of Jams, Jellies, Sauces, Slurry, Dairy Product, Select Chemical involved in the process.
• Commercial Generator Sets: Air- and water-cooled units 10KVA to 3000KVA for industrial level power production, Automatic Transfer Switches, Transformers

Job Functions & Responsibility

• Create & Maintain Sales Contacts
• Address Customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Execution of Engineering analysis including power supply assessments, air audits, plant inspections and related analysis for the production of quotations
• Provide quotations and Pro-Forma Invoices to Clientele
• Responds to operational and technical specification inquiries.
• Train End-Users in appropriate Operation of Equipment & Products
• Participate in Marketing Events
• Participate in an extensive Human Resource and Product Knowledge Training Program
• Must have a driver’s license and the ability to travel the island extensively.
• Ensure that Delta Supply Company Limited’s standard and values are always maintained.

Minimum skills and qualification include:

• BSC in any of the following fields of Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
• Five years’ experience in Industrial Sales, with similar products
• Exposure to Sales or Customer Relation Techniques.
• Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of performance
• Excellent presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Exceptional customer, result oriented and interpersonal skills.
