Procurement Third Party Risk Support, Officer (K-JESS)

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our stakeholders, guiding them through the third-party due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination processes in alignment with predefined SLA’s.

Job Summary:

As the KJESS Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the US Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operations team. This entails facilitating and supporting the TPRM  process end-to-end within the OneTrust platform. You will be required to ensure compliance to internal policies and all new and existing suppliers meet TPRM standards throughout the Supplier lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our stakeholders, guiding them through the third-party due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination processes in alignment with predefined SLA’s.  You may also be a key point of contact for our internal business stakeholders and internal control group.

You are a hands-on self-starter who communicates in a clear and concise manner across written and verbal mediums.  A strong sense of detail and driver of results is a must.  Relentless prioritization skills with a drive to get tasks done is imperative for success.

You will be expected to review and recommend updates to process documentation where required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery 

—Determine TPRM applicability in the TPRM Platform (OneTrust) based on a set of rules.
—Assist in the completion of the Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), assisting with refreshes as appropriate.
—Ensure relevant information and contract data are exhibited in each supplier record.
—Document pre- and post- contract risks and track them to closure.
—Assist TPRM managers and stakeholders in risk logging and issues management.
—Quickly act upon business requests and engage in discussions to address third-party related queries.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
—Bachelor’s degree required.
—Minimum of two years of experience in a general risk, compliance, IT, legal role, preferably with Prior experience with Third Park Risk Management or eGRC systems
