What will you be doing: 
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
• Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores
• Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options
• At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
What skills will you need:
• 1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferred but not required
• Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
