The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development of brand equity for all CB Foods brands, positioning each brand as the dominant market leader in its class.
This role will be responsible for :
Brand Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Oversee brand consistency across various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with product teams for effective product positioning and messaging.
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and implement programs to drive sales and visibility in key trade channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful promotions and activations.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers to enhance brand visibility at the point of sale.
Digital:
- Liaise with agencies; review and provide feedback for all brand monthly posting schedules.
- Review brand monthly reports, audit against KPIs and provide recommendations to BMs
- Coordinate all digital activations with agencies, influencers, chefs and other suppliers for successful executions.
- Liaise with Marketing assist for all collateral required for digital activations.
- Track and report brand ambassador/influencer/blogger analytics in brand activations.
- Website management: update content, review monthly reports against KPIs; make recommendations
Experience Management:
- Enhance overall customer/consumer experiences through various touchpoints.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer loyalty and engagement.
- Coordinate consumer-focused events, sponsorships, and promotions.
Additional Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Media booking and tracking.
- Work closely with BMs and graphic artists for final artwork submissions.
- Share Marketing artwork with P&C for internal engagement.
- Create and execute brand plans for internal and external engagement.
- Liaise with Market research agency/promotional teams to craft and analyze marketing insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Help to implement strategic and cost-effective PR and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and equity.
Requirements
- Highly creative and innovative.
- Business-Minded and a strategic thinker.
- Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for planning and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of social media.
- First degree from an accredited institution ideally in Marketing, Sales or Management. At least two (2) years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management, including Public Relations, Growth Strategies, Distribution Channel Management, Account Development and Business Planning
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
