Provide commercial support to the Commercial team and assist the Marketing team with commercial planning & reporting, project planning, coordinating and developing vendor relationships, Brand performance analysis, financial analysis, Marketing planning & implementation, and Customer Service.

Monitor, manage, and report the progress and financial costs of a project
Prepare & distribute monthly reports
Produce, manage, and develop proposals for clients
Prepare proposals, reports, and Letters and Maintain updated registers related to various requests from the Commercial Team.
Liaise with Operations in preparation and implementation of floor plans and visual communication of stores
Attend seminars, and meetings & visit clients to enhance relationships.
Preparing commercial reports, presentations, and other correspondence for the Commercial Manager(Director) to share during Management meetings.
Plan & Manage marketing activities and monitor the company's website / social media accounts
Create, implement, and maintain proper visual merchandising in-store, based on Dufry guidelines
Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category
Creating and developing a strategic long-term plan for the development of the category/Brand
Maintain & improve customer service levels in and out of stores

The candidate should have on-the-job experience and strong analytical, communication, and visual/graphic design skills.
