The incumbent is responsible for managing and continually improve customer service for the company’s customers, by providing a productive and motivating working environment, developing effective customer service policies and procedures and setting customer satisfaction goals.
Responsible for the updating, implementation and monitoring of company safety, security and occupational health regulations, ensure the proper maintenance and repair of company machinery and be responsible for the security function.
The Data Protection Officer will oversee, monitor, and ensure that the company complies with the Data Protection Act. The DPO will lead cross unit efforts to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
