KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is seeking to hire a suitably qualified, competent, highly motivated, JESS Human Resources (HR) People Support Assistant Officer for the JESS HR People Support team.
Overview
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery centre named “KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services” (K-JESS) operating from the Kingston office, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Client’s Human Resources
(HR) Shared Services function is expanding operations at KJESS to support the HR People Support /People Support (HRPS) process area. Team members within the delivery centre work with the Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support the Client’s back-office operations.
The Client’s HR People Support process area assists with processes from the Immigration and Newcomer teams and centralized HR generalist tasks were previously performed by the regional HR representative in the domestic offices. These tasks include messaging, research, reconciliation, preparing and delivering reporting, analytics, and quality assurance. Additional requirements include employee outreach, preparing and delivering reporting, analytics, document retention, and quality assurance.
Job Profile
The Human Resources People Support Officer (K-JESS) is responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures within the Client’s HR People Support process area. This position applies knowledge, independent judgment, and firm policies to complete moderate to complex HR processes.
