HR Administrator

Tara Courier Services Ltd. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. The HR Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department, including the handling of employment contracts, conducting interviews, and managing office-related administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue employment contracts and contracts for service to all persons associated with the company.
  • Conduct interviews and background checks for potential candidates.
  • Perform general office-related administration and maintenance coordination.
  • Prepare contracts on a monthly basis and keep a log of contract renewal dates.
  • Send out notices for contracts up for renewal.
  • Track and prepare weekly vacation and sick leave reports, submitting them to relevant personnel.
  • Collate weekly biometric reports and send them to relevant personnel.
  • Compile monthly salary remuneration for personnel from biometrics.
  • Retrieve applications from emails and conduct brief telephone interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks, schedule interviews, and prepare insurance claims to submit to insurance brokers.
  • Order uniforms for staff as necessary.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or a related field.
  • Previous experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
