The Role of the General Manager is to set the Vision and provide the direction for BirdShack Fried Chicken - Jamaica with yearly Strategic Initiatives Plan.  Oversee all aspects of this QSR operation to ensure that the Mission & Values are brought to life daily while Driving Sales, Operational Efficiency and Profit.  

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• At least 10 years of QSR experience in a Senior Management role
• Financial Analysis and Financial Management capabilities
• Supply Chain Management skills including pricing, purchasing and Supplier evaluation
• Project Management skills including budgeting and procuring resources
• Strategic Planning skills including critical thinking, forecasting, etc.
• Business communication skills, including report writing, making presentations, contributing to policies or training documents, chairing meetings, and active listening
• At least a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Management Studies
• Industry certification in an Operations Management related area
