A large DISTRIBUTION and FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY is seeking to employ a qualified, performance-driven, experienced, and dynamic Sales Personnel to actively engage their KINGSTON & ST. CATHERINE-based food service customers. These customers include Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers and Special Institutions.  A key function of the selected candidate will be to grow the customer base and expand the Food Service business.

Key Responsibilities/ Traits:

• Achieve monthly sales budgets and manage assigned customers profitably.
• Achieve or surpass minimum growth standard in customer base.
• A strategic thinker – who can meet the company’s deliverables and surpass customers’ expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
• Maintaining positive business relationships internally and externally.
• Be able to analyses existing and potential customers and apply required strategies for growth.
• Target-driven with the ability to plan and prioritize.
• Pleasing personality traits coupled with creative and innovation planning skills.
• Ability to do public presentations.
• An understanding of the food distribution business.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s Degree in Business or any other related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in Sales
• Knowledgeable and experienced with using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Highly motivated with a proven track record.
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
