Human Resource Director

We are currently seeking a talented Human Resource Director to play both a strategic and tactical role in the organization. This role works closely with the practice and functional leaders to build capabilities, plan and manage talent and design programs that will enable Sagility to meet organizational goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborates with the senior leaders to deeply understand our business and global growth strategy along with external factors impacting our organization.
  • Formulates partnerships with business leaders to deliver value-added services that reflect business objectives and optimize employee experience and retention.
  • Conducts SWOT analyses and connects challenges within the business to HR solutions.
  • Acting as a coach and a consultant proactively reviews performance indicators and partners with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Drives participation in the Voice of the Employee program, measuring employee experience and trends. Uses data insights to make recommendations, drive action planning and follow through. Measures success through ESAT and eNPS scores.
  • Delivers a personal onboarding experience to employees joining our functional and practice areas.
  • Leverages HR Operations and HR Shared Services to support employee queries and needs.
  • Conducts skip-level meetings and focus groups to advocate for employees.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Lead special assignments and other projects, which meet the strategic needs of the business.

 

 

Education, Experience, and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in HR gained in a service-oriented environment.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • Must possess a fervent drive to improve the employee experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization and within the community. Strong presentation skills are critical.
  • Ability to listen, question and apply learnings to help shape the business strategy.
  • Ability to use business acumen to exercise good judgment and decision-making when managing business decisions, including situations that lack clear solutions.
  • Must be able to understand, interpret and act quickly on complex data and dashboards.
  • Should be comfortable working in a globally diverse organization across functions and practices.
  • Highly motivated, focused, and self-directed individual.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to navigate complex relationships and manage conflict effectively.
  • Strong PC skills with Excel expertise imperative.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
