We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to process inbound and outbound calls remotely.

Market: US and CA.

Vertical: Insurance.

You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering calls and scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
  • Qualify prospects
  • Resolve client queries
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

Requirements:

  • CPU: min 4000 score AMD/i5 6th generation or higher with min 8 GB RAM

Windows 10/11

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts 5d/week in EST. 10-6 pm EST mostly.
  • Great command of the English Language
  • Ability to handle objections, utilize persuasive skills - easy with small talks
  • Ability to thrive in fast pace virtual platform
  • Profound work ethics
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Onboarding Process:

  1. Audition
  2. Interview
  3. Hardware checkup
  4. Script Training
  5. Role-Play Session I + Company and Industry Overview (First elimination)
  6. Objection Handling Training / Recap and Listening to Recordings
  7. Role-Play Session II (Final elimination)
  8. 2nd Interview and Documents signing
  9. Dialer training and Onboarding
  10. Work Begins

Compensation and Benefits:

  • USD $500 basic monthly salary + up to USD $500 bonus/month
