Client Success Representative (CSR) will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure the company consistently delivers an optimal client experience. The CSR core responsibilities are to ensure that all client-related information is up to date.
Additionally in the role, you will be responsible for entering accurate and timely client notes on all assigned files in our CRM systems, provide effective communications with clients and internal departments to ensure high client satisfaction across all channels. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the financial services sector with a strong record of critical thinking, metrics analysis, and client satisfaction.
