Client Success Representative (CSR) will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure the company consistently delivers an optimal client experience. The CSR core responsibilities are to ensure that all client-related information is up to date.  

Additionally in the role, you will be responsible for entering accurate and timely client notes on all assigned files in our CRM systems, provide effective communications with clients and internal departments to ensure high client satisfaction across all channels. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the financial services sector with a strong record of critical thinking, metrics analysis, and client satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Input sensitive information into the Debt Pay Pro System software in a timely manner ranging from client agreements, EFT forms, and settlement agreements. 
  • Keep track and organized of documents sent out to clients such as settlement agreements, client agreements, power of attorney, and ACH authorization forms and ensuring that all required signatures and information is present. 
  • Coordinate dates/times and information with Client Relationship Manager. 
  • Enter any necessary notes into file for clients in Debt Pay Pro File.  
  • Handled incoming calls with existing clients and act as a liaison the Client Relationship Manager and the customer. 
  • Escalate any calls to the Client Relationship Manager which requires details the CSR does not have access to 
  • Provide clear and concise notes in the system to ensure we can deliver a great client experience

  • Written communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math, and English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • One (1) year experience working in the same capacity
