JOB RESPONSIBILTY  

Supporting Consumer Sales and Marketing efforts through administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations, effective communication within the departments and to achieve business objectives. 

 

MAIN DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to Sales & Marketing operations, including scheduling meetings, mail management, data entry and filing.
  • Keep track of Sales & Marketing OpEx budget spend to ensure budget efficiency, mitigating overspend for the departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for payments to Sales or Marketing vendors, such as raising requisitions and following up on payments.
  • Assist with the payroll process for Contingent Retail and Direct Sales Agents, such as raising invoices, processing sickleave certificates & NIS Portal Management.
  • Ensure the timely clearance of Sales/Marketing items through local customs and liaise with broker to facilitate processing.
  • Assist with the procurement process for Sales and Marketing, such as obtaining quotations, and vendor selection and onboarding.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Sales or Marketing contracts, and agreements, including contract renewals.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Assist with the inventory process, such as inventory reconciliation and reporting, and recording of sales stock movement.
  • Assist with organizing sales activities, such as pop-ups and product launches, etc.
  • Assist Marketing with the execution of consumer marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional prizes to customers, ensuring photos of winners are taken for social media content.
  • Any other duties within the scope of the job periodically assigned by Manager.

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Project Management certification and or experience
  • At least 2-years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Experience using Workday or similar applications

 

SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES REQUIRED

  • Competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Although working hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, the role may entail working outside of these hours and candidate should be flexible to meet critical deadlines.
