OVERVIEW:
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). 


JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Service Delivery 

—Uncover the underlying business challenges that need to be addressed and document any information related to the process to improve its efficiency.
—Organize, specify, and model the requirements or process areas to ensure they are complete, streamlined, and unambiguous.
—Recommend controls by identifying pain points, writing improved procedures.
—Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any potential issues.
—Maintain user confidence and protect operations by circulating information to the right persons at the right time.
—Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
—Coordinate between departments (such as recruitment, IT, HR, and functional management) for project execution and to improve productivity, ensuring milestones are met.
—Manage stakeholder expectations through several communication channels for status reporting and issue resolution. 
—Coordinate the completion of the contractual Statement of Work, which documents the in-scope services to be provided to the Client and any relevant metrics to monitor performance.
—Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
—Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decision-making.
—Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
—Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
—Assist with impact analysis to support planning and documenting organizational change management.
—Present insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational challenges.
—Lead cross functional process design & development teams or projects.


Stakeholder Relationship Management 
—Work collaboratively with other members of the team, liaising with other Stakeholders within KJESS and the clients.
—Provide briefings and support to teams for meetings with stakeholders.
—Attend stakeholder meetings with process areas clients, ensure feedback to stakeholders if provided within agreed timelines.
—Provide input into weekly/monthly Operations reports for stakeholders.
—Proactively identify and escalate issues to your leadership team and the Client and recommend corrective action in a timely manner.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
—Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university
—Minimum of three years of business analysis or business process design experience
—BA Certification (IIBA) would be an asset.
—Training in Agile methodologies would be an asset.
—Strong leadership ability is required.
—Ability to perform work that is varied and somewhat difficult in nature. 
—Ability to perform work with minimal to moderate supervision; able to apply and interpret business rules and concepts in daily work.
—Proven experience with developing and driving change in an organization.
—Proven experience using standardized Business Analysis systems (MS BlueWorks, etc)
—Proven experience using standardized Business Analysis tools (SWOT Analysis, Decision Tree, Pareto Analysis, Cause & Effect analysis)
—Proven experience in requirements tools and processes.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
—Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
—Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
—May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
