The Business Development Manager will be responsible for submitting partnership proposals, meeting clients and coordinating all details relating to the setting up of new partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Estabilishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and managerment resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Responds quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquires.
  • Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
  • Recording the progress of all enquires and translate inro a monthly report.
  • Source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates and other reports.
  • Ecourage repeat business by netoworking with current clients and their colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar position.
  • Sales negotiation experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
