Purpose of the Role

To create a top-of-mind presence with consumers, while implementing initiatives to improve product sales and market share. The right candidate will focus on building long term relationships and driving client engagement and spend by delivering personalized marketing offers and communication via applicable channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute promotions geared at increasing client base through positive and lasting impressions
• Execute a year-round marketing strategy calendar
• Efficient management of assigned budget

Key Competencies

• Ability to competently apply the 4Ps of marketing,
• Working understanding of the retail environment,
• High level of creativity and flair,
• Ability to execute ATL and BTL initiatives to drive growth,
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
• Proven appreciation for the budgeting process, with the proven ability to efficiently plan, forecast and remain within approved budget guidelines.

 Education, Experience and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline,
• 5-7 years in the marketing environment, at least 4 of which are related to brand marketing,
• Basic proficiency in using Adobe tools,
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point),
• Highly organized and able to efficiently execute on own initiative,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
