Key Responsibilities

 

As an Airline Travel Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Promptly responding to customer queries within our service level agreements.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations regarding fare rules, airline policies, and travel restrictions.
  • Interacting with customers to provide personalized recommendations based on their concerns and questions.
  • Building loyalty by enhancing our clients' overall travel experience.

 

Job Requirements

 

To excel in this role, you'll need:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in international travel-based customer service.
  • At least 3 CSEC subjects, including English A.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the Airline sector.
  • Must have worked in the Travel industry within the last 12 months. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using GDS Systems, specifically Amadeus or Sabre.
  • A deep knowledge of international airline products, fare construction, and rules.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and proficiency with numbers.
