Responsible for collecting and analysing data to improve HR strategies and processes, overseeing the maintenance of the Company’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); by ensuring that it is updated with all the required staff information.

We are seeking to employ a HRIS Administrator with the experience, expertise, and integrity to add to the value of our esteemed company.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

  • Collaborating with HR Manager and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
  • Ensure that employees' information is promptly uploaded to the HRIS system.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Managing the continuous evaluation of HR Systems, including contracts, reports, payroll, leave management, performance appraisals, and other functions.
  • Responsible for managing and updating employees’ contracts.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.
  • Analyse HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns and compile data analysis reports.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR Management.
  • Track and recommend technological advancement in the field of HRIS.
  • Coordinating with the stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement changes if necessary.
  • Keeping abreast of trends in HRIS by attending training sessions, workshops or reading resources relevant to maintaining or improving the integrity of the Company’s systems.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR systems.
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality in protecting employees’ information.
  • Ensure security, end-user access and data integrity across all HR platforms.
  • Effectively working with the team to prioritise work and establish a strong partnership with IT to ensure transparent governance in delivering value to the end user to provide an amazing employee experience.
  • Utilize the HRIS System to ensure the total HR needs can be accessed from the platform. These include recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, and document management.   

 

 General Administration

 

  • Assist with other personnel functions of the department.
  • Reviewing and updating physical files to ensure compliance with the Company’s requirements (all relevant personal documents, which include driver’s license, national voter’s identification, butchers license, Food Handlers Permit, Job description, Contract or Permanent Letter of Employment.
  • Collaborate with other HR teammates to plan, coordinate, and promote all social activities for the company, with the guidance of the Human Resource Manager.
  • Assist with the administration of the Juici Advancement Program (JAP).
  • Assist with relief of payroll functions that the department executes monthly.
  • Help to recruit, select and orientate all new employees.
  • Assist with executing benefits administration.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

 

  • Must have strong knowledge of applicable compliance & data privacy laws (The Data Protection Act 2020 and associated regulations)
  • Must be familiar with HR Software and tools such as Bamboo HR
  • Advancement proficiency in database management and security
  • Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as document processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Sound professional judgement and discretion
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Advance MS Office and G-Suite capabilities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change

 

 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE/PERMITS

 

  • BSc. Human Resource Management/ BSc in Business Administration/ BSc Management Information Systems
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in various human resource administration, including HRIS- knowledge of HR Bamboo would be an asset, general administration or systems administration
  • Food Handler’s Permit
