This role involves designing and revising course outlines, delivering lectures, create assessment tools to measure student performance, and contributing to curriculum development.
Course Design and Preparation:
- Develop course outlines, syllabi, and learning objectives for courses.-in collaboration with industry partners to include current market demands.
Content Delivery:
- Deliver engaging and informative sessions to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles eg. Lectures, tutorial sessions.
Assessment and Grading:
- Develop assignments, quizzes, exams, and other assessments to evaluate student mastery of course materials.
Curriculum Development:
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and development of the curricul a that will allow students to adapt in a global environment.
Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in assigned courses, utilizing diverse teaching methodologies, resources, and assessments to meet course objectives and enhance student learning outcomes.
Curriculum Development and Review:
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to review, revise, and develop curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with program goals, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
- Teacher’s certification
Experience:
- Strong expertise in the area of specialization, with a solid understanding of fundamental principles and recent advancements.
- Five-year post-secondary teaching experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
