Junior Business Performance Analyst

As a Junior Business Performance Analyst, you will aid with the shaping, building and implementation of solutions that satisfy the business intelligence needs of the Company.

 What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze and provide creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
• Interact with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and to identify areas in which business intelligence efforts can add business value and deliver high-quality data visualization solutions (Respond to routine inquiries from managers and employees).
• Assist in utilizing data and process automation to support the organization in efficient reporting and making data-driven decisions.
• Assist with monitoring and distributing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyse data and prepare dashboards in order to provide insights on various levels of the organization.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to enable business to make data-driven decisions.
• Implement tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau) that help data consumers extract, analyse, and visualize data faster through efficient data pipelines.
• Provide support to Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

A Little Bit About You

• Proficient with BI tools and advanced SQL.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel, Share Point and Forms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently completing high quality work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Science/Engineering, Computer Science or related Degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence or analytics – Power BI and advanced SQL preferred.
