Responsibilities: 

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems throughout our expansive resort, including guest suites, restaurants, spa facilities, and outdoor areas
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold the highest standards of comfort and efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest requests and internal maintenance calls, resolving HVAC issues with professionalism and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to guest experiences
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continually enhance our HVAC systems and operations 

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality environment 
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, central air conditioning, and heat pumps
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support resort operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Salary range: USD32,000 to USD36,000 per annum based on experience and qualification, plus housing allowance.
