Car Park Custodian

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Cleaning the internal building which includes the ticket dispensing machines, the ticket payment machines, relevant workspaces, offices and apartments.
2. Cleaning and servicing the public washrooms.
3. Emptying waste receptacles and ensuring the safe disposal of garbage and wastes.
4. Providing relief for the Customer Service Representative – Car Park during lunch periods
5. Any other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

KNOWLEDGE:

• Some knowledge of building and equipment management.
• Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning tools, power cleaning equipment and chemical cleaning supplies.
• Some knowledge of safety practices, dangerous chemicals and protective clothing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

• Minimum 5 O’ level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
• Previous working experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.

OTHER:

• Must be able to work a shift system, weekends and public holidays.
• Police Certificate of Good Character
